The Gamma Enhancers are devices used by the Wrecking Crew and the U-Foes that enhances their powers and strengths against the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents inside the Gamma Domed Cube.
History[]
Originally designed by Dr. Samson to drain gamma energy out of the supervillain prisoners held inside the Cube, hoping the cure of their conditions.
But after the Breakout, the Leader took control of the Cube and redesigned the devices to enhance the supervillains' powers. The known users are the U-Foes and the Wrecking Crew who fought the Avengers and the agents in the Cube. But they were defeated despite the Gamma Enhancers' power.
When the Hulk and Hawkeye fought the Leader, Abomination and Gamma-infected Avengers, Hulk's second archnemises used the Gamma Enhancer that had almost beaten him if not for Hawkeye to back him up until Hulk punched him into the desert.
After the Leader's defeat, they were never used again.
