The Skrull Avengers are a group of Skrulls posing as the Avengers, consisting of Iron Man, Black Panther, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, Captain America and Wasp.

The Skrull Avengers were tasked by their commander to do a fake rescue in the hopes of breaking Steve Rogers. However, Rogers saw through this and defeated them before finally escaping the prison cell. Pitt'o Nili later tells the commander to contact the fleet, prepare the Wakanda infiltration and send the rest of the reinforcements to New York City and Washington, D.C.^[1]

The Skrull Avengers were sent to infiltrate Wakanda on their mission to steal vibranium. After they arrived, the Skrull Avengers had tricked Ms. Marvel into helping them fight the Black Panther before Hawkeye and the Wasp arrived and helped until the Skrull doppelgangers of Black Panther and Thor were exposed. After being compromised, their field leader immediately orders Hawkeye, the Wasp, and the Hulk to destroy all who stand in their way. But in the end, they were defeated, leaving their leader the last one to fall before meeting his defeat. At the end of the battle, all the bodies of the Skrull doppelgangers were piled up.^[2]

Physical Appearance[]

The Skrull Avengers had an appearance and mannerisms are indistinguishable from the real Avengers, such as Iron Man and Black Panther. But in their Skrull forms, they look like every other Skrull.

Powers and Abilities[]

The Skrull Avengers have similar powers and abilities compared to their human counterparts, such as Black Panther. However, the Hulk and Thor have similar powers but can't get stronger while angry like the real Hulk and doesn't have the real Thor's levels of strength and endurance respectively. Additionally, Hawkeye possesses similar abilities but appears to be weaker and was even surprised by the real Hawkeye. The Wasp and Captain America have the similar abilities but appear to be weaker.

Equipment[]

The Skrull Avengers utilized Skrull versions of Iron Man's Mark VI armor, Black Panther's vibranium claws, a recreation of Mjolnir and Thor's original armor, replicas of Hawkeye's Bow and Trick Arrows, the Wasp's stingers, and Captain America's Shield.
