World War II[]
Dum Dum Dugan was with the Howling Commandos attacking HYDRA base with Captain America and Bucky as he took on a lot of HYDRA troops in hand-to-hand combat with his brute strength.
Present Day[]
He was seen among the Commandos who died years ago in Niffleheim, tormenting Cap for leaving them.
Physical Appearance[]
He wears the usual costume based from the comics but trimmed. He has a beard and red hair.
Powers and Abilities[]
Dum Dum Dugan has superb military training, which makes him the muscle of the Holwing Commandos.
